All Beats are digital products delivered with a license defining the usage rights granted to the buyer.

3. Product Description

Each Beat may be offered under multiple license types (e.g., MP3, WAV, Stems).
Each license specifies:
- included file formats
- usage rights
- potential limitations (streams, monetization, broadcasts, etc.)
Full details are displayed on the website.

4. Prices

Seller operates under the French micro-enterprise VAT exemption scheme (Article 293B of the French Tax Code), when applicable.
Prices shown at checkout are final.

5. Order Process

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
The contract is concluded upon successful payment.

6. Payment

Payment methods available on the website may include:

Payment is due immediately.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via download or download link.
Delivery is typically immediate after payment.
If a technical issue occurs, the buyer must contact the Seller.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

For EU consumers:
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately when:
- the buyer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges losing the withdrawal right
By purchasing and downloading, the buyer requests immediate performance waives the right of withdrawal

9. Intellectual Property

All Beats remain the intellectual property of the Seller.
Purchase grants a non-exclusive license, not ownership.
Unauthorized use outside license terms is prohibited.

10. Legal Guarantees

The Seller guarantees that delivered files are functional and correspond to the description.
In case of defective files, replacement files will be provided.

11. Liability

Seller is not liable for:
- misuse of the license
- buyer’s legal obligations in their country
- technical issues on buyer’s side

12. Consumer Mediation (EU Buyers)

EU consumers may access consumer mediation services in case of dispute.

13. Personal Data

Buyer data is used only for order processing.
No resale of personal data.
Buyers may request access or deletion.

14. Termination

License may be terminated if the buyer violates license terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute:
- amicable resolution is preferred
- failing that, French courts have jurisdiction
